Kim Tendido is a recent graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology with a course in Multimedia Arts and Science. Not only is she passionate in video editing but is also gifted in the line of arts and crafts.
"Since my line of work involves digital platforms I wanted to do something that is not computer related during my day off, so I looked for a craft that I'll enjoy and at the same time can help me challenge my creativity. And that's when I became interested in doing Macrame. "
Macrame is a creative form of yarn knotting to make decorative patterns and styles. In the year 2015, Kim decided to open her online shop Makrama Wall Hanging in Facebook and Instagram, where she showcases all of her finished works.
"Since I started joining bazaars, I gained more friends and met fellow crafters. I really couldn't believe how crafting changed my life"
